Mash House Brewing Company in Fayetteville, North Carolina is known for delicious food and incredible craft beers that are brewed on-site in our own microbrewery. Every day more and more people are discovering what makes our restaurant so special and why when it comes to dining in Fayetteville, you can’t go wrong by choosing Mash House. Thirst-quenching beer and juicy, hand trimmed steaks are just a part of our charm. This month we invite our patrons to join us in a taste adventure as we branch out from our mouth-watering steaks to try wild game!

On Tuesday, September 25th, Mash House Brewing Company will be hosting a wild game beer dinner. We will feature five dining courses and we will couple them with five craft beers. Our menu will include Elk Sliders, Cabrito Curry Stew, Hasenpeffer and Semolina Dumplings, West Texas BBQ Quail and Grilled Fresh Carolina Peaches.

Paired with Blonde Lager, our Elk Sliders will be topped with smoked mozzarella cheese, caramelized onions and a scrumptious pineapple compote, served on a house made brioche bread.

A splash of coconut milk and lime finishes off our Cabrito Curry Stew, made from braised goat, potatoes, carrots and tomatoes. This tasty stew is paired with Brown Porter.

Hasenpeffer and Semolina Dumplings is comfort food at its’ best. Delectable rabbit meat is braised with a variety of fall vegetables and served with semolina dumplings. Enjoy this course with an Oktoberfest Lager.

If it is West Texas BBQ Quail then you know it’s going to kick the flavor scale up a notch! This mostly boneless quail is stuffed with jalepenos and wrapped tightly in a warm blanket of bacon. We then smother it with love in our spicy BBQ sauce and grill it to perfection. This course is paired flawlessly with a Mash House IPA.

End the five course with Grilled Fresh Carolina Peaches. Split peaches are sprinkled with turbinado sugar and then generously brushed with sweet molasses. We serve it with a combination of goat cheese, honey, walnuts and a balsamic vinegar reduction. You can wash it down with our Mash House Stout.

The cost for our Go Wild Game Beer Dinner is $40 per person or $75 per couple. Call Mash House Brewing Company at (910) 867-9223 now to reserve your spot!
