Our All About Seafood Small Bites Beer Dinner will take your dining experience to a new level.
Enjoy five tasty seafood courses, each one paired with a craft beer carefully chosen to compliment the dish just right. Our restaurant staff has outdone themselves with the menu for our All About Seafood Small Bites Beer Dinner.
Our first course pairs Cockles & Periwinkles steamed with leak cream, peas and tarragon with one of our favorite styles of craft beer, Hefeweizen.
The second course includes Chincoteague Salt Oysters with a Carolina twist. We kick this dish up a notch with pimento cheese, applewood smoked bacon and sweet and spicy cocktail sauce. It is only fitting that we pair it with our Copperhead Red malt beer, a Mash House Brewery fan favorite.
For our third course, Mash House Restaurant and Brewery is excited to serve up Hawaiian Opah (Moonfish) seared and topped with fresh tomato and garlic concasse. We are so sure that this dish will put a smile on your face that we have paired it with our Hoppy Hour IPA, complete with a citrus flavor profile.
For a truly unique seafood offering, our fourth course features Garlic and Zest Octopus Tentacles. The tentacles are steamed, marinated, barbecued and served on a bed of microgreens with fresh lemon and olive oil. Enjoy our fourth course with the crispness of our Natural Blonde lager.
To finish the evening, the fifth course will consist of cold and creamy Panna Cotta topped with a sweet, fresh blood orange compote. We saved one of our favorite craft beers for last. Enjoy the dessert course with our Lighthouse Blonde ale, and we are sure you will agree.
